We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for a refund, only an even exchange will be honored. Your happiness is our most important concern.

Defects include discoloration, misprints, or color being shipped (must be a different size or color than what is indicated on the order). In cases of defects, the customer must notify miniwoow.com within 72 hours of the package delivery via an email to: email@example.com
The email must include photographic evidence of the defect in question.
No other returns will qualify for a return. If you have questions regarding ordering the correct size please refer to our sizing chart within the product page or contact us directly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately special sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded . The shipping back charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
- Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
- Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
- The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds are subject to a $4.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
